LCE, Where Ideas Take Flight.
GROWTH, LEARNING, AND IMPACT
The Learning & Development team at LCE plays a central role in structuring and executing capacity-building for start-ups. Their
work spans the design and delivery of high-impact trainings that equip start-ups with the skills to thrive. From managing cohorts,
mentoring journeys, and hosting pitch summits to curating expert hours and specialized content, the team ensures every founder
receives tailored support.
A signi昀椀cant part of this expertise has come from managing the National Incubation Center Lahore for 昀椀ve years, as well as NIC
Quetta. These e昀昀orts have been further strengthened through partnerships with public, private, and international organisations,
enabling a diverse portfolio of programmes and initiatives that provide our start-ups with both national visibility and global
exposure. It is within this ecosystem of sustained support and opportunity that many of our alumni ventures have grown, with
several successfully raising funds to scale their impact.
