MAKERS LAB AT LCE
The Makers Lab, established in collaboration with Fatima Ventures and operated under LCE, has emerged as a key space for
innovation and experimentation for start-ups, students and faculty at LUMS and beyond. By providing access to advanced facilities,
expert guidance, and a collaborative environment, the Lab empowers start-ups, researchers, and creators to transform concepts
into tangible solutions. Over the years, and through its outreach e昀昀orts and various projects and initiatives it has successfuly
positioned itself as an important makers space in the country.

Wood Lab
Equipped for 昀椀ne woodworking and structural
prototyping, bringing ideas to life in natural materials.
3D Lab
Rapid prototyping through advanced 3D printing and
scanning, ideal for form exploration and product testing.
Metal Lab
Comprehensive metalworking and welding facilities,
enabling robust fabrication and product development.
CNC Lab
PCB Lab
Precision machining for metals and composites, turning
digital designs into durable, high-accuracy parts.
End-to-end printed circuit board design and
fabrication, supporting electronics innovation from
concept to prototype.
