ENTREPRENEURIAL
COACHING WITH
UNIVERSITY OF SAARLAND
LCE, through the TAKE-UP project, collaborated with Saarland University, Germany, to strengthen Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem
by focusing on trainer development and capacity building of key stakeholders. As an active contributor, LCE not only trained its sta昀昀
and trainers as entrepreneurial coaches but also delivered these training sessions within and beyond LUMS to expand the programme’s

Additionally, under this project, LCE acquired a pre-incubation hybrid programme, Entrepreneurship 101 (E101), developed by Saarland
University. Designed to engage participants of all ages and education levels, E101 supports participants at di昀昀erent stages of ideation,
whether they are shaping an initial concept or re昀椀ning an early-stage idea, and is executed twice a year.
